Please look for old photos of Meeniyan and District, drop in so that we can scan them and return them to you.

Meeniyan Mechanics Institute Inc (MMII) is the voluntary 

committee of management which maintains and operates the 

iconic Meeniyan Hall.

Includes a Welcome by Progress President and singing of the National Anthem.

 The ceremony will be followed by music & singing and CFA’s famous egg & bacon muffins and CWA refreshments.

Please bring a chair or rug - in the event of poor weather, the ceremony will be moved to the Hall.

2026 South Gippsland Australia Day Award Nominees will be recognised at an Awards Ceremony at the Meeniyan Hall 6:30pm. Everyone is welcome to attend and there will be a light supper provided.
