The Space
The Meeting Room is around 5m – 7m with an alcove area and an external front garden for break out sessions. There are 5 tables and 20 chairs and the maximum capacity is 30 people. There is a small kitchenette with automatic hot water, a small fridge, crockery and cutlery. The lighting and heating can be adjusted for your comfort.
Your documents can be shown on the large wall mounted Sony Bravia screen (via HDMI, Chromecast or Air Play) and there are in-floor power points for your devices. There is high speed NBN utilising Wi-Fi and ethernet connections.

Hire Rates
Rates are inclusive of GST and are correct as of 1st August 2026.
Community rates:
$16.50 for up to 2 hours
$33.00 for up to 4 hours
$66.00 All day (08:00 to 17:00)
Corporate rates:
$176.00 Half day or less
$220.00 All day (08:00 to 17:00)
A refundable bond of $200.00 may be required
Please note
All bookings and fees are at the discretion of the committee.
Users are responsible for clearing up after their event. The building must be left in a clean condition and all rubbish removed.
