Meeniyan Community Hub Bookings
The Space
The Meeting Room is around 5m – 7m. There are 5 tables and 20 chairs plus a small kitchenette with automatic hot water, a small fridge, crockery and cutlery.
Your documents can be shown on the large screen in the space and there are in-floor power points for your devices. The lighting and heating can be adjusted for your comfort and there is an external break out space in the garden area.

Hire Rates
Rates are correct as of April 2026.
Community rates:
$30 for up to 4 hours
$60 All day (8 am to 5 pm)
Corporate rates:
$160 Half day or less
$200 All day (8am to 5 pm)
A refundable bond o $200 is required
Please note
All bookings and fees are at the discretion of the committee.
Users are responsible for clearing up after their event. The hall must be left in a clean condition and all rubbish removed.
