Meeniyan Community Hub Bookings
The Space
The Meeting Room is around 5m – 7m. There are 5 tables and 20 chairs plus a small kitchenette with automatic hot water, a small fridge, crockery and cutlery.
Your documents can be shown on the large screen (via HDMI cable - supplied) in the space and there are in-floor power points for your devices. The lighting and heating can be adjusted for your comfort and there is an external break out space in the garden area.
Currently there is no NBN connection to the Hub. Wifi will be available once the connection has been established.

Hire Rates
Rates are correct as of 1st August 2026.
Community rates:
$15 for up to 2 hours
$30 for up to 4 hours
$60 All day (08:00 to 17:00)
Corporate rates:
$160 Half day or less
$200 All day (08:00 to 17:00)
A refundable bond of $200 is required
Please note
All bookings and fees are at the discretion of the committee.
Users are responsible for clearing up after their event. The building must be left in a clean condition and all rubbish removed.
