Sharing and Securing Meeniyan’s Digital History.

The Meeniyan and District Historical Society (MaDHS) is currently undertaking a project, supported by a Community Grant from the South Gippsland Shire Council, to secure and make searchable a selection of the more than 2000 digital items that have been collected over the years. These items include photographs, documents, news articles, videos and audio recorded oral histories.

We are well underway cataloguing our library on the Victorian Collections platform and invite people to follow our progress.
